Windows That Open Into The Pool Area
Scenario 1:
Window Restricter Fitted
- Window restrictor fitted so that the window can only open to 100mm
Scenario 2:
Window 1000mm from ground
- The window is more than 1000mm from the floor, inside the building.
- Nothing that can be used as a foot hold to climb over (See projections)
Scenario 3:
Permanently Fixed Screen
- If the window is less than a meter from the ground, and a restrictor cannot be used, a permanently fixed screen can be fitted over the opening. This cannot have any gaps of more than 100mm
